Landowners have offered 29 sites, 1,396 hectares, under Wymondham in the new local plan register. The biggest is 516 hectares at Silfield. Nothing is decided.
South Norfolk is the district below Norwich, and its own council left it in 2023 to share a headquarters near the city. That is a fair sign of how loosely the place holds together.
